24-year-old former X Factor winner Lewis with her new book titltled 'Dreams', was signing copies at Waterstones in Picadilly this afternoon, when she was randomly attacked by a man who also recieved a signed copy of the book.
Pictured above is not a happy bunny, as she leaves shaken very upset and in dark shades.
That was a terrible event and i really fell sorry for her.
